Fitness Finds for the Holidays Are Here
It’s tiiiiiiiiiiiiiime (sang in my most beautiful Maria Carey voice). I’ve carefully curated the perfect holiday gift list for fitness enthusiasts, or those looking to spice up their fitness routine in 2024. These gifts are sure to get you excited to move, which is ALWAYS my goal! And my list goes beyond fitness because I know you all want more. I do, too. So follow along for all of my fitness finds for the holidays.
When I first learned of the Jay Flex Fitness products, I am pretty sure I let out “so smart” and then slammed the counter pissed that I didn’t think of this myself! Jay Flex takes your basic home gym accessories, like dumbbells, and uses them to make more advanced equipment like bars and kettlebells that your home gym may not have.
At this point, you know I am all about strength training lately. I promise, I won’t bore you again. This simple piece of equipment is absolutely genius. It allows you to do more advanced exercises and increase the weight very easily, all without the need to buy more equipment as you get stronger! See what I mean when I say genius!
Jay Flex equipment is super easy to assemble. If your girl (me) can do it, I promise you that it’s as basic as it gets. Your weights fit right into the end of the bars or the bottom of the handle of the kettlebell, and are secured with a closure and a ring that screws on. It seriously takes seconds.
Jay Flex is currently running a Black Friday Sale (obviously) so use code BLACKFRIDAY for 20% off. If you miss their sale this weekend, use FITNESSFINDS_15 for 15% off. Either way, this is a gift that will impress the receiver no matter their fitness level.
Another great holiday gift is the GolfForever fitness system. This was part of my holiday gift guide last year. I am bringing it back again this year because it’s such a unique and effective gift for the golfer in your life… and there is an amazing sale happening right now. This is the gift that keeps on giving as your golfer not only improves their strength, flexibility and mobility, but their golf game gets better, which is all that really matters in this world, right?!
“GolfForever is a digital golf fitness and wellness system created by PGA Tour doctors and trainers to give all golfers the same world-class workout and recovery programs as the best players in the world.” The Swing Trainer system consists of the asymmetrical resistance training bar that is used to gain strength and mobility in the golf swing. The system includes resistance bands, handles and other accessories that attach to the bar for additional training and stretching. This equipment is used with the online workouts that are customized based on the golfer’s fitness and golf levels. It’s like having your own team of the best golf trainers and doctors- welcome to the tour!
So here is the awesome sale I referenced above: Now through November 28, you can get the Swing Trainer and one year app access for $100 off (that’s $299.98, normally $399.98). Or, just purchase the Swing Trainer system for $30 off ($169.99, normally $199.99). Enter my code: FITNESSFINDSBROOKE for these once-a-year savings. And when you use my code, you’ll be entered to win a signed Scottie Scheffler Masters flag and a Swing Trainer system for your golf partner.
I’ve been a fan of Allbirds for a while now. One of the first blog articles I wrote was about this revolutionary, earth friendly brand that has been disrupting the fashion industry in the most sustainable and clean way for nearly a decade. I am also a fan of their latest sneaker style, the Tree Flyer 2. The updated version of Allbird’s most active running sneaker is even bouncier and has more cushion, both features I look for in my running sneaker, than the first generation Tree Flyer.
Not only does the Tree Flyer 2 have a carbon footprint of 7.21 kg CO2e (most running sneakers have a carbon footprint of 14 kg), seven parts of this shoe are made from recycled materials using sustainable practices. The Tree Flyer 2 offers a great deal of support, and in my opinion, is Allbird’s coolest looking sneaker. While this newer version is not part of Allbird’s huge Black Friday sale (the first version is), my favorite cozy Fluffs are (in both low and high versions, and for men and women, kids and toddlers). And they look perfect with a fluffy coat (mine is also on major sale this weekend).
I love this next gift idea because it’s personal. The Liforme yoga mat is my favorite mat on the market. And I have gone through quite a few mats. I love this one the most for hot yoga because it doesn’t get slippery when you sweat. I haven’t found another mat that is sweat proof like this. And because my favorite kind of yoga is the hot and sweaty kind, Liforme is the only yoga mat I now use.
Aside from being super functional, I love the design and colors. But get this— you can design your own yoga mat from Liforme! You can select the colors, designs and text. It’s such a fun way to take an already great gift and make it better and more personal.
These mats are expensive but they are worth the investment. You won’t ever want another mat again. And you can get them for up to 30% off right now, too. Good luck figuring out which one to go with!
This spa caught my attention- it’s called FaceGym. Instead of booking a facial with an esthetician, you book a “workout” with a “trainer”. And the treatment you receive at FaceGym studios across the globe is a workout for your face muscles. The goal is to tone, just as you do at the gym. Using pressure and tools to manipulate the face muscles, tensions are released, deep relaxation is achieved, detoxification occurs, lymphatic drainage happens, and the skin is toned, all after a workout at FaceGym.
With locations in London, LA and New York City, it’s not so easy for everyone to get a face workout at FaceGym. But you can bring FaceGym tools and products home. You can learn how to manipulate the face muscles by tuning into their weekly live “virtual workouts” on Instagram. Some weeks you’ll learn a face workout with your hands. Other weeks, you’ll add the “multi sculpt” (Gua Sha), face yoga ball or roller.
Guys, I recently got on the Sakara train. I’ve been seeing my fitness friends post about their delicious meals and had to give it a try. I actually was thinking of it for my husband who commutes to and from work during meal times. Which brings me to giving the gift of healthy, nutrient dense, organic, plant-based meals, all prepared by someone else (notice a theme for me this year? It’s called outsourcing).
Sakara is having their only sale of the year right now and you can try anything on the site for 25% off with code FITNESSFINDSSAKARA. A few other gifts that I love include the Metabolism Super Powder, Beauty Water + Detox Water Drops, and the Superfood Popcorn Trio.
These next items are fitness accessories that are sure to excite the avid exerciser on your list. Stick them in a stocking or under the tree to bring new life to any workout or recovery routine.
I wear these gloves from Lululemon every day so not to mess my jewels or my hands while lifting. These are more comfortable and durable than any others I have tried. (Plus, you look legit when you wear them).
This is my favorite recovery tool to ease my aches and pains after going hard. I love the compact size of the Theragun Mini. It’s great for travel and honestly, I’ve found that there is no need for anything more than the mini version.
A pretty fitness towel will not make you sweat more… but… with a towel this cute, might you work harder and thus, ultimately sweat more just so you can wipe it all away? Perhaps. I love the fun fitness and yoga towels, cozy blankets and indulgent robes from Slowtide. Use code FITNESSFINDS20 for 20% off your order.
Who says sweating isn’t glamorous! I think it is, as does the founder of Athle, a French brand that knows a thing or two about style. Athle is adding style to the gym, and I am absolutely here for it! The founder of Athle is currently working to bring her beautiful weights (yes, I used those two words in the same sentence) to more US markets but right now, you can grab them here and at Bandier. I’ll keep you posted when I learn of more outlets because you’ll want a variety of Athle’s gorgeous colors to match your “gym ‘fit”.
Speaking of gym ‘fits, I show you those all of the time, so I am only adding one special piece to this gift guide. It’s cozy, luxurious and totally splurge worthy. It will take you to and from the gym and from the studio to the street.
I didn't know I needed the Alo Shacket until I put it on my body. And yeah, it’s also on sale right now.
This is only the first part of my fitness finds for the holidays. Next, I’ll be sharing my own personal holiday wish list with you all (in hopes that my husband reads my blog articles), which includes big ticket wellness items. A girl can dream.
This post contains some links that are commissionable for me, at no additional cost to you. Rest assure, I only write about products that I genuinely use and love, and that will never change! So happy shopping!
